Immigration Frustration

Over the last week or so there have been protests in Dallas, and elsewhere, by Mexican and Mexican sympathizers. They have been protesting the fact that the United States wants to secure its border, stop the massive invasion of ILLEGAL immigrants, maintain its Sovereign border, uphold the law, and make people accountable for breaking the law. WOW… how dare the United States do what EVERY country in the world has a right to do! Even Mexico does it!

FACT: Being in Mexico illegally is a felony.
FACT: If you try and cross into Mexico illegally, you will be arrested and jailed or deported.

These protesters claim to want change so they can enjoy the American way of life… they say this while they defile the US flag and wave the Mexican flag. They claim that they are proud of being from Mexico and just want to make the world a better place; yet they flee their country instead of trying to fix it. They claim they are not criminals as they advocate ILLEGALLY entering the US, and as they riot in the streets, storm city hall, beat up those that don’t agree with them, are truant from school, use the Reflective Pool in Dallas as a swimming pool, and create a public nuisance. Additionally, many ILLEGAL aliens use false Social Security numbers which is a FELONY!!!

These protesters claim that the focus on the Mexican border is racists, even though 56% of Illegal aliens are Mexican, 22% are from other Latin American countries, all crossing from Mexico (that’s at least 78% folks!); furthermore, the Mexican government has been assisting them by providing maps, security, and diplomatic rhetoric. It is not racist to point out the truth. The Mexican border is not a border, it’s a sieve.

Right now the American Government is acting like a bunch of politically correct sissies and is refusing to address the issue head-on. Whenever some legislation with a little bit of teeth is passed, it quickly gets watered down. Whenever someone calls for tough action, they get shouted down with cries of “compassion”. Whenever someone calls people that enter the country ILLEGALLY an ILLEGAL, they get corrected and told that the people are “undocumented” or “migrant”. Whenever someone suggest a fence or wall, some else cries “you mean like Berlin?’; even though they don’t seem to understand that the Berlin wall was meant to keep people IN… we are wanting to build a wall to keep people OUT!

Vicente Fox should be ashamed that his country is so corrupt, crime-ridden and impoverished that his citizens risk everything to flee their homeland. Instead he helps them do it.

Yes it is true that we are a land of immigrants… LEGAL immigrants who LEGALLY want a piece of the American Pie. We cannot and should not tolerate what is happening in our country right now. We cannot and should not give amnesty of any kind to anyone here illegally. I suggest the following:

1. Make being here ILLEGALLY a Felony, and those caught will be jailed or (preferably and most likely) deported.
2. Make it a felony to knowingly aid and abed an illegal alien.
3. Create a National ID card to document ALL legal citizens, and provide Guest Cards for those legally here on Visas. This could be sponsored by the Government, but run by Credit Card agencies like Visa and/or American Express who have many, many decades of successful experience with running an operation such as this. Of course the liberals hate this because it will severely hurt their ability to pad the poll booths during elections.
4. Severely fine any business that hires an illegal alien. I mean severely!!! Use that money to help fund the cost of dealing with ILLEGAL immigrants.
5. Disallow any welfare, public education, public assistance, driver’s licenses, or any other privilege to anyone here illegally.
6. Put up a triple fence along the Mexican border, with the center one being electrified; if you get zapped you have no one to blame but yourself (you did ILLEGALLY enter the country and jump a huge wall after all). 2 Billion dollars is a small price to pay for the savings we will have in the long run. We’ve spent many times this amount rebuilding Afghanistan and Iraq… why can’t we spend some on US. The liberals hate this idea because they want to leave the floodgates open for ILLEGAL immigrants and drug runners.
7. Increase the Border Patrol and give them the power to arrest and deport on the spot. Mexico hates this because their economy depends heavily on money coming from ILLEGAL aliens in the US sent back to Mexico.
8. If Mexico refuses to accept those deported, or otherwise fails to cooperate… use any and all diplomatic means, including sanctions against them. The last thing Mexico wants is more economic strife.
9. Remove the overwhelming bureaucracy that you have to deal with to get a Visa in this country. Make it easier for those that choose the legal path.
10. Change the rules on Citizenship to state that a child must be born to at least one parent who is a Citizen to automatically be born a Citizen of this country. This will stop pregnant ILLEGALS coming to this country solely to give birth so that they will have an “IN” on staying in the country.
11. Make English the official language of the country, and stop accommodating other languages. This will force those that come here to LEARN THE LANGUAGE.
12. As for all of those “jobs Americans won’t do” that will be open once the ILLEGALS leave… there are many able bodied people drawing welfare… minimum wage + some benefits is better than Welfare alone. If you are able to work and you are on Welfare, you have two choices… work and receive a little help or don’t work and receive no help.

People say that it is inconceivable to arrest 12 million people… I agree; but that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t have the right to. Besides, if the 12 steps I laid out above were to be implemented most ILLEGALS would leave on their own considering the ties to the American teat will have been severed. Perhaps then the Mexican people who protest claiming to have pride in Mexico and wanting to make things better will actually try to do so first with their own country… as it should be.

What comes around goes around

In 1973 Roe v Wade made abortion legal across the United States of America. This ruling gave the woman a right to have sex and not face the consequences of her actions. Men, however, were not allowed any say on whether or not his child was murdered, or whether or not he would be financially responsible if she decided to keep it, and so on. I made these same points in a previous article entitled “Alito Goes a Long Way”. For over three decades now, women’s groups have been touting “a woman’s right to choose”, but have paid no heed to a baby’s right to live, or a man’s right to choose.

Fast forward to the present, a men’s organization called the “National Center for Men” have now filed a lawsuit on behalf of Matt Dubay stating that the lack of male reproductive rights is a violation of the Constitution’s equal protection clause. Here is the ironic part of all of this; Women’s groups have been advocating a woman’s “Constitutional” right to an abortion (which does not exist) as a basis for making abortion legal. With abortion now being legal, the lawsuit by the National Center for Men is completely valid due to equal protection under the law.

Most liberal women’s organizations want their cake and eat it too. They want complete freedom to do as they please, but not to face the consequences of their actions… they leave that to the men they despise. Now that the tables are turned, and this lawsuit is filed, the most hilarious things are being asserted by these same women.

When questioned about this suit, Jennifer Brown of the Legal Momentum women’s group stated "Roe is based on an extreme intrusion by the government - literally to force a woman to continue a pregnancy she doesn't want, there's nothing equivalent for men. They have the same ability as women to use contraception, to get sterilized."

The reason why this is hilarious is because she also asserts that if a woman gets pregnant she has a say whether or not the baby lives or is aborted. Furthermore, women are protected by various “Moses Laws” in which she can legally abandon her unwanted birthed child at locations such as hospitals, firehouses, police stations, etc. Men, however, have none of these choices.

Mel Feit of the National Center for Men makes a similar assessment stating "There's such a spectrum of choice that women have - it's her body, her pregnancy and she has the ultimate right to make decisions, I'm trying to find a way for a man also to have some say over decisions that affect his life profoundly." He went on to say "Roe says a woman can choose to have intimacy and still have control over subsequent consequences, no one has ever asked a federal court if that means men should have some similar say. The problem is this is so politically incorrect, the public is still dealing with the pre-Roe ethic when it comes to men, that if a man fathers a child, he should accept responsibility."

It has also been stated by Dubay’s ex-girlfriend that Matt knew the risk of having unprotected sex and should be held accountable. My response is that every woman that spreads her legs knows the risk she is taking and should be held accountable as well.

Kim Gandy, president of the National Organization for Women (NOW) had this to say on the issue, "None of these are easy questions, but most courts say it's not about what he did or didn't do or what she did or didn't do. It's about the rights of the child." THAT IS HILARIOUS considering Gandy and her cohorts believe in murdering the unborn and that these babies don’t have any rights.

Furthermore, liberal women’s groups go out of their way to discount men’s roles in children’s lives except for being a bank roll for the mother. Perhaps this will be a little wake up call to the other edge of the Roe v Wade sword.

My hope is that it is clear that these liberal women’s groups are not concerned about equality; they are only concerned about their agenda. What Matt Dubay is doing is (in my opinion) morally wrong, but legally right. If abortion is the law of the land, then a man should have the same rights as a woman. If he cannot have a say on whether or not his child lives or dies, he should have the right to decide whether or not he will support the child.

Do not misunderstand me; my position is very clear when it comes to these issues. I firmly believe in the Right to Life. I am against the decision in Roe v Wade, and I am dead set against abortion. Furthermore, I believe BOTH parents should be responsible for their actions and the upkeep of their child. My hope in all of this is that society gets a wake up call and tries to set these matters right. You CANNOT truly have Roe v Wade and not have what is being dubbed the “Roe v Wade for Men”. My assertion being that we truly look to the good of the child and do the following:

1. Make abortion illegal in all but the direst circumstance.
2. Make both parents responsible for their actions, including the payment of child support, etc.
3. Make a Constitutional Amendment that states simply “The Unborn are protected by the Constitution and Laws of the Land the same as any minor child.”
4. Make a Constitutional Amendment for Parental Rights (see my article “Parental Rights”).
5. Keep a revised “Moses Law” that takes into consideration that if the decision to give up the child is not mutual for both parents, then the other parent may take full custody of the child.
6. Make adoption easier and less costly.

To sum up, it has taken over 30 years, but the devastating effect of Roe v Wade has finally come to fruition. My hope is that we as a nation can soon come to our senses and fix the problem before another child dies, or is cast aside by those who should love them above all others. The only ones who are truly suffering in all of this is the children.

...All Enemies, Foreign and Domestic

Today the anti-Bush “World Can’t Wait” group had a protest in Washington DC. They planned on tens of thousands of participants… roughly 1000 showed up. There were more port-a-potties than protesters (insert your own joke here).

I am sure that the mainstream media will make the protest out to be more than it was, they usually do. They have a way of jamming all the kooks in one corner and filming the corner instead of showing broad shots of an empty field and 5 protesters. This tactic has been done for decades, that is how the feminists have managed to fool so many into thinking they were the voice of women everywhere.

You may be thinking “an anti-Bush protest in Washington DC, that’s nothing new”, and you are correct. The reason why I am writing about this particular event today is because among the various protest signs, there was one that stood out… a sign with a hand holding the severed head of our President. That’s right, American protesters wielding a sign with the severed head of our President.

Aside from the many facets of horror you may be feeling at the revelation shared above, there is irony at work here too. These people are supposedly a bunch of hippie, left-wing, peaceniks yet they are happily displaying terrorist tactics to further their agenda.

I am all in support of free speech, the right to peaceably assemble, and so on, but it seems to me that any group that promotes their ideology by calling for the beheading of our President needs to be scrutinized very carefully. It seems to me that this particular group should be looked at as threatening the life of the President. In my opinion, the only thing that separates them from the terrorists that are our enemy is that they are American citizens.

Has the “World Can’t Wait” organization killed anyone or blown up anything… no, but should we wait around for them to put their minds to it? I can tell you this; it is a part of their agenda to overthrow this government. The last time I checked, these things were called Treason.

An excerpt from their website states the following:
“…silence and paralysis are NOT acceptable. That which you will not resist and mobilize to stop, you will learn — or be forced — to accept. There is no escaping it: the whole disastrous course of this Bush regime must be STOPPED. And we must take the responsibility to do it.”

When asked how, they are not specific. When asked what they will replace the “Bush Regime” with, they will not say. When asked about the communists that are a part of the organization, they rationalize it as okay because they are fighting Nazis. There is something seriously wrong with this whole picture.

You may be thinking that this is just a small, harmless group of radical kooks; well, their endorsers include various Arab and Muslim organizations, various feminist organizations, various gay organizations, feminist founder of NOW Gloria Steinem, as well as actors Ed Asner, Gabriel Byrne, Jane Fonda, Jessica Lange, Sean Penn, Martin Sheen, Susan Sarandon, and Ed Begley, Jr.; entertainer Harry Belefonte, filmmaker John Sayles, the Green Party, Ward Churchill, US Representative John Conyers, the Revolutionary Communist Party, Jesse Jackson, Casey Kasem, The Millions More Movement (Louis Farrakhan, Al Sharpton, Charlie Rangle, and Malik Shabazz among their numbers), NY Democrat Major Owens, The Center for Constitutional Rights, US Representative Bobby Rush, the NAACP, Al Sharpton, Cindy Sheehan, Serj Tankian from “System of a Down”, Kurt Vonnegut, Democrats.com, and US Representative Maxine Waters.

It is a given that they are kooks, but think of the following that any one group or individual listed above carries with it, they are not small in number, and they are far from harmless.

Here is where we get to my point of this entire article, stupidity such as theirs is contagious. You cannot sit idly by while these morons get the spotlight. It has always been said that the squeaky wheel get the grease. Mainstream America it is time for you to wake up and rally to the polls. We need to send a clear and distinct message in the 2006 and 2008 election that these fringe kooks do not represent America. Even if you have never voted before, and normally do not care, or do not believe your vote counts, you should reconsider. Do you really want the people above making decisions for you?
